Located in Dubai, the Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping center according to its total area. It is part of the Burj Khalifa complex and comprises 1200 shops.
It opened at the beginning of November 2008 with about 600 stores. Since then, it attracts about 750,000 visitors weekly.
Dubai Mall was built conjointly by Al Ghandi/CCC, Dutco Balfour Beatty and Turner Construction for Emaar Properties
At Dubai Mall there are: a 250-room luxury hotel, 22 cinemas, 120 restaurants and cafes. It is also world famous for its Dubai Aquarium and Under Water Zoo.
