The Rose Tower, also often referred to as Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, is a 72-story hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. It’s the world’s highest development put into use solely as a hotel. It is 333 metres high. The building process started in 2004 and concluded nearly four years afterwards. It was inaugurated on 23rd December 2009.
It was developed by Khatib & Alami Group in a postmodern design and style. The building corporations were Arabian Construction Company as well as Developer Abbco Group.
There are 482 bedrooms, suites and penthouses within this hotel.
