The Princess Tower (also named Al Ameera Tower), currently under construction by the developer Tameer Holding, is another majestic supertall skyscraper set to grace Dubai’s already impressive skyline. Upon completion, the Princess Tower at 1,358 feet (414 meters) will become the tallest residential building in the world, overtaking the Eureka Tower in Melbourne, Australia. The building may not hold that title for long, however, as the Pentominium, another Dubai skyscraper, is planned to top the 618-meter mark.
The Princess Tower will feature 750 luxury residents, including two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex villas and penthouses. These apartments will be among the most expensive in the world, with some projected to cost as much as $85 million US dollars. The Princess Tower offers numerous luxurious designs and floor plans.
The building will feature many luxurious design features, amenities and recreational facilities. The Entrance Hall on the ground floor will be gilded with white gold and supplemented with diamonds, rubies, opals, sapphires and crystals. The building will also house a mosque, gymnasium, a sauna club, swimming pools, day care center, and parking for private cars
